Top Ten Emmy 2013 Dresses

Last night’s Emmy Awards were spectacular and extravagant. You would see that all celebrities bring out their best looks for the event. Here are our top looks for this year’s Emmy Awards.

10. Kelly Osbourne

Since Dancing with the Stars, she has managed to maintain her physique and has been consistently trying to show off her hard work from her clothes. You would still be able to see her style and at the same time see the current trends. She’s not showing too much which portrayed a more elegant look.

9. Sarah Hyland

From the Emmy Winning Outstanding Comedy Series, Modern Family, Sarah Hyland wore this lace emerald plunge gown. This color is absolutely stunning her since it contrasts with her hair and matches her eyes. It’s the perfect transition color between summer and fall. The fit of the gown flatters her body and she definitely chose the right accessories so that it does not clash with her outfit.

8. Heidi Klum

Stunning as usual, Heidi Klum can work anything! She made the right decision to pull her hair up since the turtleneck design frames her face beautifully. The color is vibrant and form fitting to show off her body. It is definitely appropriate for her age and it complimented her very well.

7. Anna Faris

Anna Faris definitely wowed us with the color choice. It’s very hard to pull off a vibrant yellow color because you might end up looking like a chick. Because it’s a very bold color, she went minimal on her accessories so that it won’t take away from the dress. The fit of the dress is very flattering and showing off her legs won’t hurt.

6. Carrie Underwood

Carrie Underwood is known to have a girly and sophisticated look. She managed to pull that off again this Emmy Awards by choosing a purple gown and minimal accessories. Some may say that she’s playing it safe, but we think her simple and classic look really shines through.

5. Zooey Deschanel

Many, because of her quirky and Audrey Hepburn look, love this classic beauty. She went with a simple, metallic blue dress that covers her from head to toe. This dress is definitely her style because of the simplicity and reserved look. Although she went with a safe hairstyle, it still compliments to dress.

4. Giuliana Rancic

Some may like it, some won’t. Giuliana chose this form fitting dress and we just love it on her! She has the body and it’s definitely showing in her dress. We love the pattern of the dress and is perfect for the current trend. Her hair may have been pulled back into an up-do, but regardless, it still shows off her shoulders, which is the most important of all.

3. Allison Williams

Instantly fell in love with the color and the classic strapless gown. Although she didn’t wear many accessories, it still works. She has natural beauty and you can see it from her style. She is more on the younger crowd, and she is dressing age-appropriate. Her hair compliments the dress very well and can be worn down or with an up-do.

2. Julianne Hough

This ensemble might be too showy for an Emmy Awards. However, we did like that Julianne took a risk. We love the see through skirt and it’s definitely sexy and not skanky. Her clutch also matches her outfit and the jewels or rhinestones on it give a little bling to complete to outfit.

1. Rose Byrne

Rose definitely blew us away with her outfit. Not only does it look amazing on her, but also sports the two-piece trend that’s going on right now. On top of it being two-piece, her top is also cropped which is a plus on our book! The color compliments her skin tone and her newly blonde hair finishes the entire look. Her minimal accessories are perfect so that it doesn’t take away from the outfit.
